Appointed Non-Executive Director on 12 August 2019, Oliver has held various executive management positions across the project development, finance, and commodity trading sectors, including with Outotec, Ferrostaal Group, and CRONIMET.

He previously served as Executive Chair of EQ Resources from 1 April 2025 until 30 September 2025 and was appointed Non-Executive Chair effective 1 October 2025. Oliver is also an Executive Director of CRONIMET Holding GmbH, Germany.

Stephen was appointed Non-executive Director on 14 November 2017 and has over 35 years’ experience in equity capital markets in the UK and Australia. Stephen has held both principal and director roles in his extensive career and has a depth of knowledge in capital raisings, ASX listings and corporate advisory matters. Stephen currently also serves as a non-executive director of ASX-listed Pursuit Minerals Limited.

Zhui Pei was appointed Non-executive Director on 12 August 2019. Zhui Pei has held executive, management and supervisory roles and has a wide range of experience from project planning to resource management to commercial negotiations. He has been working at a leading system integrator in the telecommunications industry in South-East Asia and is currently also an executive director of a steel-product manufacturer.

Stephen was appointed Non-Executive Director on 19 January 2024, representing Oaktree Capital Management. He brings more than 25 years of experience in mining, finance, and equity capital markets, with a background spanning senior corporate advisory, project financing, and construction management roles.

Stephen previously served as Managing Director at RFC Ambrian, a UK-based mining advisory firm, and held senior roles at Bankers Trust in Sydney. He was also CEO of ASX-listed Magnetite Mines Ltd, contributing to the advancement of key project and corporate initiatives.

Stephen is currently a Non-Executive Director of Harena Resources Plc and a member of the Advisory Board of GBA Capital, a Sydney-based resources-focused stockbroker. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig is an experienced global tungsten industry executive and was formerly CEO of Masan High-Tech Materials, operator of the Nui Phao Tungsten Mine and Processing Complex in Vietnam, and Managing Director of H.C. Starck Tungsten Powders GmbH — a global producer of tungsten chemicals, powders, carbides, and specialty carbides with operations in Germany, China, and Canada — prior to its sale to Mitsubishi Materials Group in December 2024.

He started his mining career with Mt Isa Mines and has held senior management roles with MMG Limited (Sepon Operations) and Toll Holdings. Craig holds a Business Degree, is a qualified CPA, and is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and AusIMM.

He joined the Board on 1 April 2025 and was appointed Managing Director effective 1 October 2025.

Jono is an experienced global executive whose career has spanned listed and private companies in resources and infrastructure. His most recent roles include Chief Development Officer (“CDO”) and CFO at PanAust Limited. Jono has held several financial, commercial and risk management leadership roles at BHP, Coronado Global Resources and Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal.

Jono has worked for more than 20 years in the mining industry across several commodities and jurisdictions. He is a Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand) and holds a Master of Science in Mineral Economics.

Kevin joined EQ Resources in 2019 and was appointed Interim CEO & Senior Technical Advisor in May 2020, becoming CEO on 1 April 2021. He transitioned to Chief Technical Officer on 1 April 2025, and on 1 October 2025 was appointed Head of Operational Excellence, reflecting the Company’s sharpened focus embedding performance improvements, technical innovation and operational discipline across the business.

With more than 35 years’ experience across resource project development and operations, Kevin has held senior roles including President of Etruscan Diamonds (TSX-listed Etruscan Resources) and Founder & Managing Director of Specialized Metallurgical Projects Pty Ltd, later majority-acquired by the CRONIMET Group. He also served as Managing Director of CRONIMET Mining Processing SA Pty Ltd, leading the application of sensor-based sorting and gravity separation technologies to transform low-grade resources and historic waste into viable operations. Over his career, he has secured more than A$150 million in equity and A$200 million in debt for project development.

As Head of Operational Excellence, Kevin provides technical and operational leadership across Mt Carbine (Australia) and Barruecopardo (Spain), driving improvements in production, recovery, and efficiency while supporting the Company’s broader growth strategy.

CA GAICD GIA(Cert)

Mr Di Pietro is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ corporate accounting and governance experience gained across Australia and the UK. He has held senior finance and company secretarial roles within several ASX-listed companies including INOVIQ Ltd (ASX: IIQ), BARD1 Life Sciences Ltd (ASX: BD1), Sienna Cancer Diagnostics Ltd (ASX: SDX) and Acrux Ltd (ASX: ACR).

Mr Di Pietro holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has extensive experience in technical accounting, corporate taxation and company secretarial functions, having played key roles in the ASX listings of SDX and ACR and the merger of SDX and BARD1, now INOVIQ Ltd. Tony now holds the position of Senior Manager, Co-Sec of Vistra Australia which provides outsourced Company Secretarial and accounting services to public and private companies across a host of industries.

Natasha is the Company’s long-standing stalwart employee, providing continuity since Carbine Tungsten days. Natasha co-ordinates all aspects of the company’s finance and administration matters, oversees the corporate services department and is an integral member of the corporate and site leadership team.
