Appointed Non-Executive Director on 12 August 2019, Oliver subsequently served as Chairman of the Board until March 2026. He has held various executive management positions across the project development, finance and commodity trading sectors, with postings in Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia Pacific. He has worked with Outotec, Ferrostaal Group and CRONIMET, and brings extensive experience in project development, strategic financing and global commodity markets. He is currently also an Executive Director with CRONIMET.
