EQ Resources Limited (EQR or Company) (ASX: EQR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mark Lindsay as General Manager Discovery and Growth, commencing 15 July 2026. In this role, Mark will report to Managing Director Craig Bradshaw and lead EQR’s discovery and growth function, with responsibility for exploration strategy, target generation, technical evaluation and resource growth opportunities across the Company’s operating and regional project portfolio. Mark is a passionate geologist with more than 25 years of multi-national operating experience managing exploration programs across a wide range of deposit types. He has a track record of building capable technical teams, modernising exploration practices and delivering value through discovery success and resource growth. Mark’s recent career experience includes senior exploration leadership roles across Gold Road Resources, GBM Resources and Resolute Mining. He has led exploration programs through complex operating conditions, including delivery of the Gilmour drill-out and resource during a flood-impacted season, and has driven improvements in geological model quality, resource upgrades and near-mine discovery programs across multiple Australian assets. Mark holds a PhD in Metalliferous Economic Geology from James Cook University, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
