RECOMMERCIALISATION OF MINES ADVOCACY

As part of our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and mining for the future, EQ Resources Limited is actively investigating historical mine sites within the critical mineral hub of Far North Queensland for potential commercial opportunities.

Our current focus includes the Mount Carbine tungsten mine, which is successfully progressing through its planned stages of revitalisation, and Wolfram Camp/Bamford Hill, with the recent award of an Exploration Permit for Minerals.

#SustainableDevelopmentGoals: In collaboration with the Queensland Government, we also aim to implement environmentally responsible mining techniques and community-centric initiatives. This approach ensures that the reactivation of these sites aligns with both economic benefits and ecological/social balance.

#LocalEconomicImpact: Managed by our Operations Manager Ryan MacNeill (pictured), the Mt Carbine project creates employment opportunities and contributes to local economic development, demonstrating our commitment to Queensland's communities.

#TheRoleofTungsten: As a material crucial to various high-tech industries, securing a stable supply of tungsten is essential. Increasing global tungsten demand/supply stress and EQR's leading position as a source of responsibly mined, non-conflict tungsten concentrate ensures that critical industries have the resources they need to thrive.

#FutureOutlook: With the support of our partners and stakeholders, we are dedicated to maximising the potential of these sites. Our focus remains on safety, innovation, and the efficient use of resources.

We are grateful for the support from the Queensland Government, Queensland Resources Council and AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) for the very important support and advocacy you offer the industry.
Thank you Rachel Riley for your part in telling this important story.
