BCom (Economics & Law); BCom (Hons) Economics; MAusIMM. Ryan is a mining and resources executive with more than 14 years of international experience across operations, business development, project financing, transaction structuring and commodity marketing. He has worked across Australia, Africa, Europe and Asia, with experience in tungsten, lithium, chrome, tin and sensor-based sorting projects.

Before his current appointment, Ryan served as General Manager & Operations Director of CRONIMET Australia. He played a central role in Mt Carbine’s brownfield restart and expansion from pilot-scale production to a full open-cut mining and processing operation.

As General Manager – Sales & Marketing, Ryan leads EQR’s global concentrate sales, offtake strategy, customer development and commercial partnerships across its global operations.
