Mr Nossal was appointed Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company effective 31 March 2026. He is an experienced mining industry professional with a strong background in strategy and business development across a broad range of commodities and geographies. He has held senior executive roles with major mining companies including Newcrest Mining Limited, MMG Limited and WMC Resources.

Mr Nossal holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, governance and capital allocation. He is a Non-Executive Director of Midway Limited and Western Chances. He served as Non-Executive Chair of IGO Limited (ASX: IGO) until December 2025.
