The aggregate remuneration of the non-executive directors has been fixed at a maximum of $400,000 per annum, which will be apportioned among the non-executive directors in the manner they determine. Directors are also entitled to be paid reasonable travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred due to their attendance at Board Meetings and otherwise in executing their duties as Directors.
